The objective of this project was to evolve the in-store customer experience to exceed Gen-Z expectations of what it means to discover at Ulta Beauty. The users will be guided from The Hub to their chosen Hub Section with the use of an LED ceiling detail, where users are led to a digital touch screen. These screens allow customers to explore products, access detailed information, virtually try on items, and receive personalized assistance from store associates.
Store associates will have access to customer data from The Hub, such as search results and preferences, to offer tailored product recommendations. The Hub's immersive experience is complemented by Ulta Beauty branded posters, highlighting new products and promotions. This approach not only engages Gen-Z shoppers with self-guided learning and personalized support but also fosters a deeper connection to the brand through an interactive, memorable shopping journey.
